Proper nutrition is vital for children’s physical and mental development in order for them to grow up strong and healthy. Here are some of our recommendations:

  • Don’t overuse vegetable fats.
  • Make sure that your child eats fruits and vegetables at every meal.
  • Vary the types of vegetables. You can arrange them on your child’s plate in fun ways to encourage him or her to develop a taste for them.
  • The key is for your child to adapt to new foods. Little by little, you can change the texture of the foods and integrate new ones into your child’s diet.
  • Avoid excess sugar, especially in carbonated beverages. It’s better for your child to drink water.
  • Prioritize white meat, especially fish.
