Well-nourished children = healthy children!
Proper nutrition is vital for children’s physical and mental development in order for them to grow up strong and healthy. Here are some of our recommendations:
- Don’t overuse vegetable fats.
- Make sure that your child eats fruits and vegetables at every meal.
- Vary the types of vegetables. You can arrange them on your child’s plate in fun ways to encourage him or her to develop a taste for them.
- The key is for your child to adapt to new foods. Little by little, you can change the texture of the foods and integrate new ones into your child’s diet.
- Avoid excess sugar, especially in carbonated beverages. It’s better for your child to drink water.
- Prioritize white meat, especially fish.
